According to Shopify, creating assets in 3D improves your brands conversion rate by 70%. The example/product category that they used to A/B test the effectiveness of the experience was fashion and the brand/label was Rebekah Minkoff ( one of her gorgeous handbags).
In the same vein, here is a really nice campaign from Clarke’s Shoes and Hearst Media and ARCADE.
The sequencing of the catwalk video and the Clarkes 3D models is expertly done and also the rendering of the 3D models is very well executed ( very often leather can look like plastic in 3D).
