How long does it take to set up a campaign?

Most campaigns take 5-10 working days to set up. In saying that, if you need something urgently or you have a a looming print deadline we can turn things around in 24-48 hours.

Why types of promotional mechanics do you offer?

We offer all types of landing pages, web forms, micro-sites, games and gamification experiences. Everything is aligned to your activity goals, budget, timelines, legal considerations. We also provide QR codes, prize fulfilment, point of sale design and event or merchandising teams ( via partners) where required.

What do campaigns typically cost?

It depends but usually these are priced based on the amount of entries they will generate so if its a high profile campaign with lots of media support and the experience is gamified then that will tend to cost more. Our minimum fee for most simple prize promotions is 1k. If we are re-using an existing template and there is not too much design customisation again that will keep the price down.

Do you support multi-region rollouts?

Yes, we can support multi region or country rollouts with language variations.

What sort or technical or IT security certification do you provide?

Everything we do is regularly ‘penetration tested’ by ourselves and our customers and all of our systems will stand up to scrutiny from IT security or 3rd party pen testing companies.
