
Just Eat Employee Engagement
For JUST EAT we designed a gamification employee engagement programme where sales teams won prizes for visiting locations and signing up restaurants.

Challenge: Streamline and motivate the sales sign-up process for restaurant partners
Background:
Just Eat Ireland wanted to enhance the efficiency and motivation of its sales teams, who were responsible for onboarding new restaurants and outlets. The existing process was manual and fragmented — sales reps had to log into Salesforce, filter and find leads, manually look up directions, and then return to the office to update outlet statuses and collaborate with colleagues in weekly meetings.
Solution:
We developed a custom mobile-first sales enablement app, leveraging Salesforce APIs to centralize lead information, streamline sales workflows, and make on-the-go engagement more intuitive. The app featured a user-friendly interface that helped sales reps easily access lead details, navigate to outlets, and update progress in real time.

- Live Mapping & Directions: Integrated navigation to outlets directly within the app.
- Salesforce Integration: Automated lead fetching, progress updates, and sync with Salesforce.
- Traffic Light Sales Status: A simple red-amber-green system to show progress at a glance.
- Inter-Company Leaderboard: A gamified ranking system to spark healthy competition.
- Gamification & Motivation: Badges, prizes, and ‘nudges’ to drive engagement and momentum.
- Collaboration Tools: Easy visibility of team progress to reduce redundant meetings and increase real-time collaboration.
Results:
The new app turned a previously cumbersome workflow into an engaging, on-the-move experience for the sales team. It increased efficiency, reduced admin work, and boosted morale through recognition and friendly competition.
